Who is eligible for Embarcadero Academic pricing?
a) Full time students at primary, secondary, further or higher education level. At HE level they must be enrolled, in a full time, or degree program at an acceptable Education Institution (being a bona fide university or college that grants degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two (2) years of full time study).

b) Teachers must be full time faculty, staff or employees at an acceptable Education Institution.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you qualify before purchasing the product. Embarcadero reserves the right to review the status of any customer or proposed customer as a qualified user.

The product is limited to academic, non-commercial use.

What are the limitations of the Academic editions?
The Academic edition can be used only for learning in an academic or classroom environment. Educational institutions cannot use the academic version to produce software for use within their institution. Academic licenses don’t qualify for upgrade pricing to commercial licenses.
