Where can I get support for Microsoft software?
You can get free support at the support site : http://support.microsoft.com

When will I receive my Microsoft software?

  • For download software, all relevant download links will be available immediately in your email receipt.
  • For physical media, then depending on stock levels you should receive your DVD in 1-2 days. Please review our delivery information.

Where is the Microsoft activation key?
  • For download software, the key is in your email receipt. And looks like this Installation Key: 8/ABC12-ABC12-ABC12-ABC12-ABC12 NB: When installing the key remove the leading "8/" - it is not required.
  • For physical media, the product activation key is printed on a bright orange sticker on the back of DVD case.

Can I use my Microsoft software, when I am no longer a student?
Yes you can, the license is perpetual.

How do I uninstall Office 2003, Office 2007 or Office 2010 suites if I cannot uninstall it from Control Panel?

Should I install 32 or 64 bit Office?
The Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 suite comes with both 32-bit and 64-bit installation options for both download and physical media (DVD). The 32-bit option is recommended for most home users and can be installed on a computer running a 64-bit operating system. You can only install the 64-bit version if you computer hardware and software meets certain requirements. If in doubt we recommend the 32-bit version as do PC Pro

My software won't install
This can happen if you have a trial or beta version of the software already installed, please uninstall any trial software and try again. You should backup any artifacts you have created with the software, such as documents or images, beforehand.
